Job Summary:

We are searching for an experienced HVAC Installation Field Supervisor who can oversee and train installation field team members on replacing or installing new light commercial, commercial, and industrial HVAC equipment. This position assist mechanics with major, unusual, or difficult assignments and/or problems that arise during the installation process. This position will interface with homeowner and meet inspectors and resolve any issues arising from failed inspections. This position is responsible for developing, growing, and improving the installation department.

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years HVAC installation experience

• Strong working knowledge in Heating and Air Conditioning or residential mechanical services to include design, fabrication, maintenance, and installation

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; EPA certification is a plus

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Must have an honest and dependable personality

• Ability to display professional company image

• Valid NC Driver’s License with good driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Ability to lift heavy object 50lbs frequently, climb ladders, stand, bend and kneel for extensive durations

• Ability to work on weekends, at night, and overtime, as required

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years HVAC installation experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; EPA certification is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team environment

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Must have an honest and dependable personality

• Ability to display professional company image

• Valid NC Driver’s License with good driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

This position will be responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, and minoring repairs and/or adjustments of equipment. This position must be able to effectively and accurately service and repair equipment to the customer’s satisfaction with integrity and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years HVAC service experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; EPA certification is a plus

• Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team environment

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Must have an honest and dependable personality
